These fields appear under Rate limiting on the Security tab:
Fallback messages should be user-friendly: “You’re sending messages too quickly, please wait a moment.”
Max input and output token limits are not exposed in the Guardrails UI today. Rate-limit fallbacks appear as normal agent text in the conversation rather than as errors; see Error handling.
