On Documents, pick the Website, Files, or Text tab, add your content, and save.

Wait for indexing
The summary bar shows file, text, and website counts. Re-add or re-crawl when content changes.

Test retrieval
Open Playground, start a New test session, and ask questions that only appear in your docs.
