Review topic groups and their CX scores to identify requests that need closer investigation.Re-ingest reprocesses conversation analytics for the selected range. Wait for it to complete before reviewing updated results.Use repeated themes to improve knowledge, routing descriptions, procedures, and evaluation suites.
