Personas test personalized behavior without real customer data.
The built-in anonymous persona and custom persona form.
Each persona contains a name, optional email, durable end-user ID, and testing context. The durable ID isolates conversation history and customer memory. Custom personas are stored in the current browser and appear in Playground.
Personas are test fixtures, not a customer directory or authentication mechanism.
