Chat widget settings
Open Deploy > Chat widget or Playground:Content tab

Import branding (optional)
On the Style tab, paste your marketing site URL and click Apply.

Set welcome message and prompts
On the Content tab, write a short welcome message and 3 to 5 suggested prompts that reflect real user intents.

Preview
Use the live preview on the right in Playground, or demo links on the Embed tab.

Deploy
On the Embed tab, use Copy website widget code (recommended) or Copy inline panel code. Deploy and save before pasting on your site.
Chat widget branding affects the web embed and standalone app. The React Native SDK loads its branding from the separate Mobile app deploy profile.
