Enable guardrails
Turn on All guardrails and configure blocked topics.

Test in Playground
Start a New test session and verify fallbacks for out-of-scope or blocked input.

Save
Click Save changes. Rules reload automatically.
Configure frustration keywords on the Security tab (escalate on frustration). Add broader escalation keyword rules and LLM frustration detection under Help desk. Connect Slack escalation notifications under Actions > Integrations.
