Playground

Playground is a split view:

Left panel: widget appearance, model, instructions, suggested prompts, embed previews
Right panel: live chat preview (toggle Widget vs Standalone app)

For production embed code, use Deploy > Chat widget instead: it has the same settings organized into Content, Style, AI, and Embed tabs, plus copy buttons for the website widget (recommended) and inline panel.

Open Playground

Open Playground in the sidebar. The preview uses the same runtime as production, with the same knowledge, actions, and guardrails.

Key controls

Control	Purpose
New test session	Starts a fresh session; use before each test run
Import from website	Pull display name, colors, logo from a URL
Widget appearance	Light/dark theme, primary color, welcome message, suggested prompts
Instructions	Read-only for Customer Support (generated from sources); editable for Flight Agent demo
Embed preview	Open website widget or inline panel demo links
Deploy as standalone app	Full-page chat URL for sharing

Playground test sessions are not listed under Chat logs. Use the Embed tab on Chat widget demo links to verify anonymous embed recording.
