Configure guardrails

Set topics, PII filters, and rate limits under Agent settings > Security.

Pick a channel

Use Deploy > Chat widget > Embed for the website widget or inline panel, or Deploy > Mobile app for the React Native SDK.

Monitor conversations

Anonymous web embed visitors appear under Chat logs. Identified, escalated, or channel-specific threads appear in Inbox.
