Chatropic’s paid plans combine a monthly price per purchased seat with allowances shared by the workspace. Keeping those two ideas separate makes it easier to understand your subscription and avoid estimating the wrong capacity. A seat provides team capacity. The AI resolution and deployed-agent pools determine how much of those capabilities the plan includes for the workspace as a whole.

Understand purchased seats

Review the seat quantity associated with your subscription in Billing. Member capacity includes team memberships and pending invitations, so an invitation can matter even before the invited person begins using the workspace. Removing a member is not the same as completing a subscription quantity change. Check the requested seat quantity, any pending change, and the effective date shown by the billing flow. Avoid using login activity as a billing assumption. The local subscription uses purchased seats, rather than a simple count of people who happened to open the app that month.

Keep the shared allowances flat

Essential includes one deployed agent and 200 pooled AI resolutions. Pro includes five deployed agents and 750 pooled resolutions. These pools do not multiply with seats. For example, three Essential seats cost ₦22,500 per month including VAT. That workspace still has the Essential pool of 200 resolutions and one deployed agent. An additional seat changes the base subscription and team capacity, not those two allowances.

Review usage in the correct period

Compare usage with the current billing cycle, and keep messages, tool calls, and recorded resolutions distinct. A request may take several messages and a tool lookup before reaching a recorded resolution. Use conversation review to understand the quality of the outcome. A billing counter alone does not tell you whether the answer was accurate or the customer should have been escalated.

Understand what happens at a limit

The current resolution quota code degrades to a standard model and deflection when the allowance is reached. Other limits or subscription states can behave differently. In particular, an expired trial or inactive subscription can separately prevent agent operation. Confirm the customer experience in your intended release before depending on it. Do not assume an automatic paid overage, unlimited premium service, or a uniform policy for every limit.

Check a change before committing

Before increasing seats or changing plans, review the checkout or Billing summary. Confirm price, quantity, timing, and whether any payment is required. Make sure the resulting plan fits your deployed agents and expected workload. Read trial expiry and subscription changes for the commercial details to verify before purchase.
