Your trial and subscription give you time and capacity to evaluate and operate a Chatropic agent. Before subscribing, understand the trial period, the team seats you are purchasing, and what changes when the trial or billing period ends. This article explains the current naira offer and the account details you should review. It does not replace a checkout summary or a separately agreed Enterprise contract.

Use the trial for a focused evaluation

The configured free trial lasts 14 days and includes one member, one agent, 50 pooled AI resolutions, and 400 KB per agent. Choose a contained workflow so that you can evaluate knowledge quality, failed requests, and handoff within that period. Prepare your content and technical support before starting if the workflow depends on a private API. Waiting for an integration owner during the trial can leave too little time to test the actual customer experience.

Understand trial expiry

Subscribe to keep agents active when the trial ends. The current offer says your data is preserved; it does not establish a promise of indefinite retention. Before relying on continued access to a particular record or configuration, confirm the applicable retention and account policy with the team. Record your evaluation results and remaining gaps so that your decision does not depend on remembering what happened in the trial.

Review the subscription you are choosing

Essential and Pro are billed monthly in naira, with VAT included. Review the plan, purchased seats, base amount, and billing details before completing payment. Resolution and deployed-agent allowances are shared workspace pools. More seats do not multiply those pools. Third-party provider charges and custom work should be confirmed separately.

Check the effect of a plan or seat change

Billing supports plan and seat changes, but the timing and any payment required depend on the change and the payment-provider flow. Read the displayed result rather than assuming every adjustment happens immediately. For example, a team considering a downgrade should first check whether its agents and usage fit the smaller plan. It should then review the effective date and any pending changes before treating the new plan as active.

Confirm cancellation and refund terms

Confirm the cancellation process, the date it takes effect, and any applicable refund terms before purchase. The ability to change a plan does not by itself establish a refund entitlement. If account information and a public price page disagree, ask the billing team to resolve the discrepancy before paying. Describe the issue without sending passwords, account tokens, or payment-card details. Use the plan comparison to review the offer once the account and timing details are clear.
