Supported mobile clients can send up to four images per message, each no larger than 5 MiB. Uploads require attachment storage to be enabled by the backend. Images use private grants stored separately from transcript metadata. Preserve grants for restored local history, but never include them—or signed preview URLs—in logs, analytics, crash reports, or application state sent to your own API. Original access expires after 30 days. React Native supports a custom imagePicker; Flutter uses image_picker. Test camera permissions, photo permissions, upload retry, offline behavior, preview expiry, and Android lost-picker recovery on physical devices.
